WELCOME TO HEALTHY RHYTHM ART GALLERY’S NEW LOCATION, OUR STATE-OF-THE-ART LIVE MUSIC LISTENING ROOM  & “THE POWER OF THE MIC”!

Hi Everyone!

Butters and I are excited to invite you to the new space for Healthy Rhythm Art Gallery & Live Music/Performance Venue, coined “The Living Room”! Our new location is 33 N. Uncompahgre Avenue in historic downtown Montrose! The venue is a beautiful, open floor-plan with comfortable seating and much character. We’ve invested thousands of dollars in acoustic panel treatments and new sound gear to ensure The Living Room is one of the best sounding venues in western Colorado. And, to top it off, Healthy Rhythm has 2 sound engineers with over six decades of experience to help artists bring their creative medium to life! The new enhanced space is over 1600 square feet and, depending upon the event and its configuration, we can accommodate as few as 35 people or as many as 100.

Healthy Rhythm continues its tradition of providing a variety of nationally and internationally touring Live Music Acts and quality Art. The art includes unique and limited screenprint pieces by some of the world’s best artists, rock and roll photography by gallery artist and renowned San Francisco-based photographer and filmmaker, Jay Blakesberg, sterling silver jewelry designs by artisan, Benny Boom, rare fine art paintings, and other collectibles. In collaboration with local artists, Healthy Rhythm has also started “The Power of The Mic”, a creative gathering focused on various aspects of the “spoken word”, including poetry, slam poetry, comedy, and personal readings. Many thanks to local sponsors who make this event (held on the 4th Tuesday of each month) FREE and open to the public. Plans are also in the works to bring nationally recognized spoken word artists to Healthy Rhythm for workshops and performances.

Gallery days/hours are Monday-Saturday 12:30-6:30 pm (later on nights when there is Live Music or other events). Feel free to stop by Healthy Rhythm Art Gallery for a tour or just to relax and enjoy a comfortable seat and learn what’s in store!
